To accurately translate industrial engineering into a digital experience, I underwent intensive on-site product training at QFORT’s headquarters. This deep dive into technical specifications allowed me to:

• Map complex product logic (PVC vs. Aluminum systems) into an intuitive user journey.

• Bridge the gap between engineering values and premium consumer expectations.

• Design a UI that communicates “Durability” and “Quality” through high-fidelity visual storytelling.

2. Multi-Market UX Framework

I built and managed the original digital framework for 6 European markets (RO, EN, IT, ES, DE, FR).

• The Challenge: Adapting a rigid corporate Brand Book to support diverse character counts, cultural nuances, and localized product availability.

• The Solution: Developed a modular framework that ensured brand consistency while allowing for market-specific content management. I collaborated closely with a developer for the initial structural build to ensure a high-performance foundation.

3. The Lead Generation Engine

The site was architected as a high-performance business tool, not just a catalog. Every page followed a “Form-First” hierarchy:

• Conversion Triggers: Strategically placed “Inquiry” sections in the upper fold of every page.

• Frictionless Paths: Designed contextual forms that guided users directly from product research to a request for a quote.

4. Continuous Lifecycle Management

For over half a decade, I served as the primary steward of the QFORT digital presence:

• Content Evolution: Sourced, curated, and edited thousands of visual assets in Photoshop to maintain a high-end look.

• Dynamic Scaling: Managed the constant addition of new product sub-categories and technical updates as the brand expanded its €20 million production facilities.
